This unprecedented event, centered on <strong>Humanity,<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Ethics, Social Justice, and Science (HESS)<\/strong>, calls on nurses across the country to unite and<br \/>\nadvocate for bold, equity-driven healthcare policy reform.<\/div>\n<div>\nThe 2025 rally coincides with the <strong>75th anniversary of the American Nurses Association\u2019s<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Code of Ethics<\/strong>, marking a powerful moment for the nursing profession to reaffirm its<br \/>\ncommitment to ethical leadership, policy advocacy, and health equity. Rally organizers are<br \/>\ncalling for action on three major priorities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Protecting Medicaid and Medicare access for all<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Strengthening primary, preventive, and community-based care<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Building a healthcare workforce that is safe, supported, and representative of the\u00a0<\/strong><strong>communities it serves<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\nNBNA encourages its chapter leaders and members to take part in this vital movement. Chapters<br \/>\nare invited to <strong>lead or support satellite rallies in their local communities<\/strong>.
